Your terms and conditions of use

Rule 1

Due to the (very) occasional customer wearing our jewellery and then wanting to return it for a refund, we do not offer refunds on items once purchased. Each item is very carefully handmade, and with reasonable care should last a lifetime.

Rule 2

To ensure your confidence, we will however repair or replace any defective item returned to us within one month of purchase (return postage at your cost). We endeavour to describe and provide as much information as possible to ensure you receive exactly the item you order.
